A s seen on TV's Russell Howard's Good News, Daniel Simonsen is headlining at this month's Comedy Cottage gig.

One of last year's big players at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Norwegian Simon won the Foster's Edinburgh Comedy Award for Best Newcomer 2012.

In what was a busy year, he also supported Simon Amstell on tour.

At the gig at Redhill's Harlequin Theatre tomorrow (January 25) Simon is supported by Stella Graham, a Brit who was residing in New Zealand but has now re-settled in the UK.

The comedian and writer is known for her killer banter, which has entertained audiences in the UK, New Zealand, Australia and the US.

Comedian, actor and presenter Max Dickins is a former Sony-nominated DJ for Absolute Radio, as well as being the star of BBC America's The Royals.

And off-beat musical comedian David Jordan has gained a strong reputation on the UK circuit and been writing for Radio 4's The News Quiz.

David recently had the honour of opening the Joking For Justice benefit at The Bloomsbury Theatre in London, alongside Richard Herring, Ava Vidal and Paul Sinha.

Scottish circuit favourite Liam Spiers has played all the big clubs and received rave five-star reviews for his Edinburgh show, while Egyptian-Welsh Omar Hamdi was asked to support Ava Vidal on part of her UK tour, when only a year into his comedy career.

Your MC for the night is Hackney Empire finalist Sajeela Kershi and there will be music from Peter Dennis.
